12 3/4 inches...Down and out!
I've finished the back of the Large Flower Pillow. I've made bobbins of the yarn. I'm ready to start the chart. I wrote out the first couple of rows. I'll see if I can read the chart okay, or if I need my cheat sheet. Probably the cheat sheet! I tried to post photos, but Blogger is not cooperating. Here is a link.
Hopefully I can post the photo to the blog tomorrow.

do i need those bobbins? i posted on the knitty board:my gauge is off a little--what do you think?
Your gauge should be fine, because you'll block it anyway. You don't need bobbins, but it makes it easier when you are carrying all that yarn. (imho)
I've got some of my yarn on bobbins but don't have enough for everything at the moment. They're easy to work with, so I'm going to get some more today. I really like yours, Susan. Mine are quite small.
I agree with Susan about your gauge, Melissa. You're not wildly off and I would think there's some give in your yarn that you will be able to take advantage of when you block.
